During the planning and design of any project, it is important to have accurate measurements and data to plan and adapt to challenges. Our survey, geospatial, and GIS services provide the data and documentation of existing areas so clients can plan appropriately for immediate and future projects.
More than simple measurements, surveying is the first step in a project’s planning and execution. Our surveying team is well-suited to handle a variety of projects from boundary and ALTA surveys to construction staking and layout and site topographic surveys. With 14 licensed professionals in Michigan, Indiana, and Ohio, our team has extensive knowledge and experience to handle any size survey project. We have adopted some of the latest survey and GPS technology, making any task more efficient and cost effective. From unmanned aerial systems to mobile and terrestrial LiDAR units, we provide the best solution for your unique survey and mapping needs.

With an ever-changing need for fast and accurate data capture in design, construction, and building information, it is necessary to adapt to these unique challenges. Fishbeck routinely uses 3D laser scanning as the first step for planning and executing such projects. Data is collected and grouped into a “point cloud” database that can be viewed, manipulated, and analyzed as a 3D model in standard CAD systems. The result is a highly accurate digital twin that can be used to mine survey data for the creation of 2D and 3D maps and models. With its high-confidence capability, laser scanning can be used in many different industries, reducing overall project costs, downtime, and return visits.
