Fishbeck was lead design consultant and part of the Design Build team. Services included design for reconstruction and geometric improvement of the entire M-37/I-94 interchange, including bridge replacement. The project also included rehabilitation of M-37 from the interchange north to Hill Brady. Additional items included MOT, intersection improvement of I-94BL/Columbia with traffic signal upgrades, drainage upgrades, and permanent signing and pavement marking plans.
