Fishbeck developed a GIS database for the Township using the ESRI ArcGIS Local Government Information Model. It incorporates the inspection of over 7,200 sanitary structures, 11 pump stations, and 300,000 feet of sewer. The system is linked to water and sewer record plans through the Township’s Laserfiche document management system. We assisted the Township in implementing the software and ESRI ArcOnline accounts for Township staff, developed web mapping applications, and trained field staff on asset inspection using ESRI Apps and the Eos Arrow GNSS system. The project also includes an evaluation of asset criticality and business risk exposure, sanitary sewer hydraulic analysis, and development of a 20 year system-wide CIP. Fishbeck continues to offer GIS support to the Township for water, sewer, sidewalks and various infrastructure on an as-needed basis.
