Fishbeck provided mechanical and electrical engineering services, and associated design and construction administration services for The Ohio State University’s Pomerene and Oxley Halls renovation. Both buildings have historical significance and the intent was to retain the original characteristics of the buildings. The two buildings were renovated as one project to house the University’s new Data Analytics Program, the Art History Program, the Linguistics Program, and to provide new classroom space. The project was registered with the USGBC for minimum Silver LEED certification.
