Fishbeck has collaborated with Mercantile Bank on multiple projects across Michigan, assisting in both new branches and expansion and upgrades to existing facilities. Fishbeck also performed a number of interior renovations, as well as, multiple environmental site assessments and existing facility condition assessments across Michigan. Fishbeck helped the bank create a new 3,000-sf prototype branch bank center, reimagining their existing prototype inside and out. Development of the new prototype simplified building details and systems, lowering construction costs by 25% while maintaining a customer-friendly environment. This prototype is being constructed as a new branch in multiple locations.
