Fishbeck designed 9.9 miles of rehabilitation for a 2-lane rural highway in northern Kent County. Most of the project involved cold milling and HMA overlay with minor geometric and drainage improvements. Major geometric changes were made to improve sight distance at Ramsdell Drive by lowering the profile 3 feet. This area required barrier wall to retain slopes, storm sewer replacement, and additional utility coordination.
