As a part of public water system improvements being made by Oakland County Water Resources Commissioner (OCWRC) on the City of Farmington Hills Department of Public Works (DPW) site, an existing cold storage facility needed to be demolished to accommodate for a new three-million-gallon elevated water tower. The City evaluated options and elected to design an addition to their main DPW facility to accommodate for the mixing, storage, and dispensing of road solvents and equipment.
