Toledo-Lucas County Port Authority, previously the Downtown Toledo Parking Authority, provides vital parking assets to downtown Toledo. Fishbeck staff have assisted with long-term facility maintenance for almost 20 years. Facility evaluations are conducted regularly to update maintenance plans and project potential costs. Staff assists with construction documents, bidding, and construction administration for annual projects. Strategic planning allows the Port Authority to budget maintenance and prioritize work annually to maintain access for the community.
