Bringing new life to a hot spot of burgeoning retail and commercial substance, the new Stan Diego Baja Taco Kitchen invites residents to dine in a bright, fun, and enticing establishment. Fishbeck transformed a challenging site into a fully functioning, efficient, and reliable venue for staff and patrons. The project included expanding the existing restaurant landscape with the purchase of the neighboring commercial store front. Seating 130 patrons, with an additional 15-seat bar, the spacious restaurant features unique elements of reclaimed wood, metal, and decor—most notably a full-size 1973 Volkswagon bus.
