Fishbeck has been Meijer’s site/civil design prototype engineer since 2004 and has provided engineering services on over 17 Meijer retail store and gas station projects in Michigan, Indiana, and Kentucky. Most recently, sites on Walker Avenue and East Beltline have received new gas station and convenience stores. Both sites have multiple access points and pedestrian connections. The East Beltline location is part of the 41-acre Knapps Crossing Complex and houses 12 dispensers in the 5,400-sf station. The Walker location, on the corner of Walker Avenue and Holton Court, boasts a 9-dispenser gas station, an adjoined Starbucks coffee shop, and an additional four out lots.
