Fishbeck provided design and survey services for the reconstruction of 0.32 miles on M-99 in the City of Albion. Project included replacement of brick paved roadway, storm sewer, and water main. Bore and jack crossings of Amtrak rail were required in three locations. Sidewalks and ramps were improved to ADA standards. Work was coordinated with SHPO for the historic district. MOT and staging plans were prepared. The project was completely modeled in 3D linework using GEOPAK.
