Chosen above 13 competing firms, Fishbeck performed a structure type study to evaluate a composite prestressed concrete box beam or concrete slab deck replacement superstructure with rehabilitated abutments.
From the study, District 7 representatives selected the concrete slab deck for the replacement. Final design plans for the structure at SR 716 over Homan Ditch were submitted July 2019.
Fishbeck continued to provide project management, bridge and roadway design, and construction support. Construction was completed by September 2020.
