Working within the existing column grid and roof height of the Block 37 building, Fishbeck designed a new 46,000-sf AMC dine-in movie theater located on the 4th floor. The facility contain eleven small, intimate auditoriums limited to 45 seats maximum. 436 reclining seats for relaxing movie enjoyment. Complete kitchen to offer guests a full dine-in menu to order dinner and/or snacks from the comfort of their auditorium seat. Expansive MacGuffins Bar and lounge with views of downtown Chicago where one can try a custom movie inspired cocktail.
