Fishbeck is pleased to announce a strategic leadership transition designed to support the firm’s continued growth and long-term vision. Tom Gray has accepted the role of Chief Executive Officer (CEO), and Jeff Schumaker has accepted the role of Chief Vision Officer (CVO). 

Tom, who previously served as Senior Vice President, brings a strong track record of operational leadership, strategic planning, and cross-disciplinary collaboration. He has played a key role in advancing firmwide initiatives, mentoring leaders, and driving business performance. As CEO, Tom’s ability to connect long-term strategy with day-to-day execution positions him to lead Fishbeck through its next phase of sustainable growth. 

As CEO, Tom will oversee the firm’s business operations, strategic direction, and financial performance.

Jeff, who has served as President since 2019, will focus on advancing the firm’s long-term vision and ensuring alignment across disciplines and geographies in his new role as CVO. His leadership has been instrumental in shaping Fishbeck’s culture, expansion, and integrated service model.

This transition allows Fishbeck to sharpen its focus at the highest levels of leadership while staying true to the collaborative, client-focused culture that has guided the firm for more than 65 years.
